About Amy
With 23 years at Intel Corporation, most recently immersed in the company’s corporate culture shift and management experience redesign initiatives, Amy is uniquely qualified to help leaders and managers grow and develop in a complex fast-paced environment.
A lover of language with a master’s degree in English literature, she spent the bulk of her career as an internal communications manager, developing communications strategies and content in collaboration with senior executive-level management. As a compassionate and keen observer of human behavior, she became increasingly interested in relieving workplace suffering and shifted her professional focus to coaching. In 2016, she became a Certified Integral Coach® through New Ventures West, San Francisco, where she later served on their adjunct faculty for their Professional Coaching Course. In addition, she is a certified Birkman professional coach and trainer and continues to pursue advanced coaching training through the Aletheia Institute. She has coached within Intel Corporation and in private practice.
Devoted to meditation and somatic practices, Amy is certified as a professional mindfulness teacher through the Mindfulness Institute, in San Francisco, and has taught mindfulness and meditation in corporate and private settings.
Amy has provided marketing and coaching support to Stand Up Placer, a non-profit serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking in Placer County, California.
She currently enjoys working with college undergraduates, providing career coaching to underrepresented minorities through MLT.org.
